Cannot get the achievement "antipaters dream"

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started a ironman game as Macedon in 1.0.1. Switched to 1.0.2 because of issues with the peacedeals, that is by the way fixed now. Got all the regions after I switched to 1.0.2 to gain the achievement "Antipaters dream", but did not get the achievement, also when I check the achievement bar it says that I will not be able to get it in this campaign. It also states that I do own all the regions I need to get the achievement. Started a new game with 1.0.2 from the beginning as Macedon and the achievement tab says the same, that I will not be able to gain the achievement this campaign.
