camera does a 180 at the start of a game

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
latest version as of 11/28/19 fresh install

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Start a new game, the camera rotates 180 up and I cannot see the board. The game plays on but I cannot see anything but blue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Press start in steam, new game, bingo bug.
