Description of problem
Byzantium lost Bosporus after Conquest

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Conquered Byzantion(id:1453) as Thrace, when i then checked to move pops to said city. The modifiers for Bosporus disappeared. Edit.: Just tested it ,The Rhebea and the neighbouring province can also lose the Bosporus modifiers
