Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
All surrounding provinces have negatibe Barb growth value, yet the spawn is stuck at an increasing 0.06. it shoupld have disapeared entireley by now.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just check the barb spawn in Lower Egypt after some time, and the conditions I described I'm at 556 and the barb spqn should have disaperead decades ago,.
