Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Marriage "Betrothal" between two countries ( Monarchies ) is no longer working after patch 1.4.2

Steps to reproduce the issue.
If you organize an engagement with a 15 year old character from another country to a character in your family, they will not get married and the character will move to your country but will remain single, after he turns 16 AI can marry him to a character from your country of origin canceling the Betrothal
I'm going to use the country Bactria as an example since you can check this right at the beginning of the game
