Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My Praetor Lucius Cornelius Violens, who "was" the Head of the Cornelii family, became Consul. After that he "lost" the titel of the Head of the familiy. Even while he is still in the family he seems not to count to it anymore and the family is out of any Head now. As a consequence of this the family is now scorned (2/3).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Occured in a normal election as playing rome.

Hello!

The issue here is that he upgraded from "head of family" to "ruler", but "ruler" is NOT counted as a proper job for the required amount to statisfy a family.
So it is not a bug per se, but somewhat confusing design. A JIRA has been added to communicate this more clearly to the player.

If you hover over your consul's power base, you'll see the game still treats him as head of his family.
