Army UI doesn't have enough space for unit abilities for some migratory tribes

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Migratory tribes with Persian traditions, who can build military colonies, have 10 unit abilities, while the window only has enough space for 9.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start as Albania or Parnia, anyone in that area. Select an army and you'll see the issue.
