All Wonders in your nation become ineffective if you lose a territory that contains a Wonder

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I released a province called Ionia to provide a buffer zone for me. However, after the next month counter clicks, a report pops up telling me 3 trade routes in my sparta province gone. Turned out that all the wonders I control becomes ineffective. Please check the actual modifiers in province, tech page or army, Wonder page does not provide the true information.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Release a province or sell territory that contains a wonder (either ancient or constructed).
2. Wait for the next month counter triggers.
3. Check local or country modifiers provided by other wonders that you still control.
4. Actual effects are gone, such as trade routes provided to local province.

To showcase what happened better this time, I'm releasing the province of Sporades (where Rhodes is), and keeping the province of Ionia.
