Achievement won't work

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The "international relationships" achievement, despite I have two foreign ruler friends, won't unblock.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I don't know if this issue concerns other achievements or not.

Achievements are a bit weird, you have to open the achievement tab in-game (twice) for it to be counted, give it a try.

Still broken for me in 2.0.1
