Description of problem
Accepting Mithridates as the ruler of Pontus changes the Cappadocian culture right from Noble to Freemen.

What game version are you running?
2.0

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When starting as Pontus and allowing Mithridates to take over your country, the culture right of Cappadocian (your primary culture) changes from Noble to Freemen. This is very bad because you lose your levies.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Same problem here when starting as Pontus -- I also noticed that Cappadocian (primary culture) no longer has an "integrated culture" marker once Mithridates takes over. Furthermore, it is not possible to change the culture right of Cappadocians, given they are the primary culture group, so they are stuck at the Freemen level.

EDIT: When starting as Kios, the Mithridates sequence of events does not cause the primary culture issue once he has transitioned to Pontus.

Same issue for myself. Noticed quickly that all of my territories were plunging in loyalty, my income tanked, and my pops were furious and unrest was sky high. No research was being produced either. Checked my cultures and Cappadocian was locked to freeman. Couldn't change it due to it being the primary culture, and could not find a way to manually edit the save file to fix it. Hopefully this gets addressed soon. It breaks the game then and there for Pontus players with no way to recover.

Change the primary culture in the save of Pontus, then go ingame and you can fix Cappadocian back to Noble, and then edit the save again.
That's one way to fix this.
