Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was looking for the Agartian culture in the culture menu and I sorted the cultures by name, however, it does not appear with the alphabetic order. It is a minor glitch but you can see the Matrix (literally makes the game unplayable!)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Maybe is this culture only, the display name is not the written name in the files, I dunno.
