Description of problem
2nd Player stuck in Multiplayer Menu after starting from savegame

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack
Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
1. Loading Multiplayer save and host the game
2. 2nd Player joins the Lobby
3. both are ready
4. Hoster clicks play
5. 2nd Player doesn't join and is stuck in the lobby - can only observe
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a Multiplayer save with your friend and try to play it again.
FIX:
The 2nd player has to click another country than his starting country and then his starting country again and it'll work and he will join the game when the hoster clicks "Play"
