Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There is an error in the German Translation for the pop happiness tooltip, if a pop is of the worng culture group. It reads
"Nicht e Kulturgruppe"
but it should read:
"Falsche Kulturgruppe"
Steps to reproduce the issue.
see atteched pic; load any game/start new game and view happiness tooltip of any pop belonging to a wrong culture group
