Where have you pre-ordered the game? If you have pre-ordered the game in the Paradox Store you will get a key for Steam a moment before the actual release.

It's not showing up for me neither. I also want to play using the launcher but bought it through steam because the store would not take a payment from my country. Anyway I've linked my steam to paradox, hence the forum icon. I assume it's going to sort it's self out at launch.
