patches are same actually it showed previous version

Were your saves local or on cloud? If on cloud, it could be something there. If local, check that they're still in the Savegames folder in Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/Savegames

Launching any application in admin mode may lead to running it as different Windows user so the game was trying to find save games in location c:/users/admin/documents... instead of c:/users/user/documents...

yea files are in savegames not in cloud

I this your old save? It is corrupted beyond repair, because half the file is just NULL-Bytes. Eu4 doesn't show it, because it can't even determine the country and year from the save

I've had a similar issue where a save file just nixed itself. I could load it, sure, but it was 1MB in size and crashed immediately upon hitting play. You seem to be having the same issue, but it's gone the extra mile to just become void entirely.
