You know me, picture time:
Righto, top right hand corner with the tall buildings and a gap behind them, to the right of the Monorail station, those are shops. Some of those shops have gone out of business due to lack of goods to sell. In the centre of the picture there's a cargo terminal (it's a workshop asset with a smaller footprint and cheaper price than the stock but it works well). To the top left of the picture is a cargo harbour.
The map is a series of islands, off picture on the largest island is my industry, industry that has direct access to a cargo hub and cargo terminal. Despite producing enough goods, despite having two options for import, my shops are lacking for goods.
Simple question: Why?
Also, why are none of my harbours receiving ships? They have line of sight to the outside connections, the cargo hub gets trains, ships just won't dock with them, despite my needing imported goods. Again, why?
Help will be appreciated.
