Can anybody help me make a work effiecency event that would fire for all countires at the beggining of the game? Is it possible.

I have an event but it only fires for the human player.

Thanks.

you can put the work efficency command into the effects section of an early tech and then it will apply to every country that either has that tech at the games begining or when they get that tech. To me it seems like freedom of trade is perfect for this.

also you might want to try just increasing the efficency of certain factories (fabric, paper, and machine parts) by using this command:

command = { type = production_modifier which = machine_parts_factory value = 10 }

this increases productivity of machine parts factories by 10%. This seems to work better for me because it keeps industrialization slower then it was in 1.01 while still being just enough faster then 1.02 to make it even more fun, to my mind.
