I need help I cannot launch game from the launcher

Never mind I just needed to launch steam in admin to be able to go trough this error. Please close this post when you can
I got this exact same error. If I navigate to the game folder and run stellaris.exe it works. I'm running the file as administrator. I'm on a Pc
