What programs do people use to annotate their in-game pics? I see arrows, generals names, all sorts, but my abilities in this area are notably lacking. I would appreciate sage advice from those that know.

Photshop pro is the best of course.

A good solution is always the age-old paint, if you use it right it can look very proffesional, but then again if u dont it can look very simple.

I know you can download a demo of paintshop pro. (I have it, just haven't gotten around to teaching it to myself yet. It looks .... painful.)

Personally I use Paint. It can't do everything....it can't do very much really, but it can do the basics like arrows and generals' names!

It looks like I may have to make an investment and buy paint shop pro 7. (That was what Mett recommened, and his stuff always looks good.)

I use Paint for mine. Frankly, I can't afford Photoshop/PSP in any way, and Paint was free. I've gotten to be able to exploit it fairly well to make in-game screenshots look okay.

Use Irfanview, it gets a lot of features, more than enough for any changed of a picture. Just go for it, and it's free

MS Paint is what I use.

Just takes a lot of creativity with cut & paste. A lot of cut & paste.
