I still wish there was a half ironman mode where it disables the console but doesn't autosave every month (of course any achievements in this mode) I have to use ironman or I will cheat at some point but I hate when during peacetime my speed 5 is interrupted by autosaves.
I would just conquer Poland honestly conquer your way through Poland to the ottomans
