So you can legally declare war on the Ottomans? I see the "reconquer Zagreb" cb on one of your pictures. Isn't that yours?

Also, I don't think it was neccesarily a good move to make Austria an elector. Doesn't matter how much they like you, as they will vote for themselves if they have the support of a single other elector. Would be better to give it to a smaller minor that likes you at least somewhat.

Lastly, regarding thge usage of cheats... I too did that in a few early games. Feels great to not have manage every part of the game when you're starting out. I recommend playing cheat-less in future games though, as you seem to be at a skill level when that should be possible. Especially as a quality-based country like Prussia, which is supposed to beat enemies through discipline rather than manpower.

Because noone ever plays with cheats at the start.
After my initial games i modded the game to be quite heavily in my favor.
It doenst make you good at managing ressources but it can help immensly with understanding the mechanics.
Thats far more important, the rest can come later.

Some people do, some people don't. I wasn't trying to shame him, but if he can cheat on manpower- he's not going to have any issues with cheating to get a CB.

I can't exactly talk if I were to shame someone for it, you don't want to see how many XXXX_Backup_Backup_Backup's I have from save scumming Ironman runs that I made stupid mistakes on ;)

It's simple.
1. Check if your navy can even defeat the Ottoman navy. If not, no need to waste it, you can probably manage winning this in a land war.
2. Be sure to get ready for a LONG war. That means ample supplies of ducats and/or manpower.
3. Be sure to upgrade Hungary's forts. You don't want these to fall too easily.
4. Declare the war for Zagreb. Call in Russia and Burgundy. In the peace deal don't take just Zagreb, but return cores of Zagreb, Lika and Dalmatia to Hungary AND take Constantinople and Edirne for yourself.

He doesn't need to worry about man power/ducats because he is using console commands to give himself infinite manpower. I also remember him from a previous thread where he claimed he wasn't using console commands for the man power just the money despite having 27mil manpower or something so as a previous poster said, he is not shy using console commands so he can even generate a CB if he wants to.

Besides this question seems so moot. the OP is playing the most powerful military nation rivaled arguably only by Oda, using console commands, has Russia as an ally, and a viable CB. The better question is how can you lose in this scenario?

Another alternative is to just No-CB them and then just boost your stability back up with the console ;)

Should probably take this thread more seriously to be honest, since you're asking so you can actually learn the game.

The ottomans in my game are incredible strong. Normally I would like to send my fleet to the Bosporus to stop the infinetly supplies. But unfortunately my fleet ist till now not unsinkable my tech developement is low(17), so only a land war is possible.
Declare the war for Zagreb. Call in Russia and Burgundy
I always try to get them and mostly they are loyal

Really my intention is not to enlarge Prussia. I want only to restore lost countries as many as possible. Prussia is now still to great.

I remember quite well this silly discussion. Still today I have no idea how that high manpower originated. Perhaps a bug? because a must change to a beta-version after the last patch, I have no idea, but in every case this discussion was painful. And you can argue what you want nobody believes you. Semper aliquid haeret. So believe me or not that actuell manpower is never ever the result of consol command. And about to this I will not discuss anymore!

These are the most serious recommendations which I sadly overlooked.
Uprgrading Hungary's forts I think it is impossible because they are indepent. They have got a guarantee from Prussia.
My Navy is not an option for the war. The war will certainly long but economy(also without cheats) ist quite good and perhaps I will need some loans
I am not interested in enlarging Prussia as mention above it is still too great. Could I recreate Byzantium or is it too late?

I presumed that Hungary is your vassal because you have a core on Zagreb, but I was apparently mistaken. I'm not sure how you got that core, but nevertheless it's a valid reason to declare a war.
You don't need to enlarge Prussia. If you take Zagreb, Lika and Dalmatia, you can release Croatia and grant them the provinces of Constantinople and Biga. This gives you ports in the Adriatic and Aegean sea from which you can launch the next war versus the ottomans.

I see from your screenshots that you have over 1 million manpower which is unlikely for the country of your size. If you truly want to get the satisfaction from mastering the game, I would suggest not using console commands. I learned it's the best way to learn. You obviously don't have to play it that way, it's just a suggestion.

I have no idea why. But rediculously I cannot use them because of lack of money, so what. Even now building an army of mercenaries are hard.

Thats a good idea:)
suggest not using console command
I used it normally at beginning for fow off thats for me no cheat because in older games of EU one could turn that on or off and I like it off.
Sadly in the statistic there is no diagram of the development of the population only of the numbers of provinces and here Prussia is still near to the Ottomans.
Btw everybody who is complaining the use of the console should only play ironman. I would emphasize a forum only for this hard core gamers. I am not a very good player and yes when I make mistakes what happens always several times I repeated at an earlier saved game. Thats my way of having fun with this game. Although I am real playing since a long time I am far away of knowing all the tricks. Now at the end: my knowledge of the console commands is very small. I am sure that will be not the end this discussion but certainly for me!

My friend @corgi911 you posted screenshots of you having a manpower pool that would be like if the child of Russian and Ottoman ideas had a child with Jan Mayen and the children only took the best parts of their parents genes. If I am not being clear, the manpower pool you keep showing us is nigh impossible to obtain through legitimate means. As you are the only one who has so far posted such screenshots it is only natural to assume that it is not a bug since nobody else has reported it and that you are using console commands.

It is not a problem that you are I just don't understand why you are denying it when you have previously already confirmed that you use console commands. But I'll humor you and say this, you can literally not lose a war vs the Ottmans with your "legit" manpower pool because even should they stack wipe you 500 times you can still rebuild over and over again until you go bankrupt. Still I wouldn't worry about it since the ottomans are likely to send at least half their army at Russia and attrition their non deity level manpower pool over there.

Because of that silly discussion before I didnt touch the console for manpower!!! POINT

Corgi you're trying to argue over a game that people have thousands of hours into. No amount of ideas and developing base manpower in your small area will give you this much manpower in this timeframe. 1 million manpower got hard to reach for huge blobs ever since they lowered the overall manpower quite a few patches ago.

A lot of players use the console commands when still learning the game, we're 100% sure you did too. There's no shame in it.

And most players who would be against the console commands for the game do play Ironman only, I'm one of them.
