I need an advice on what should I do, where do I start? It's 100 years into the game and I conquered the Golden Horde, Teutonic Order and some
minor nations.

My Goals:
- Conquer All of Asia ( or as much as possible).
- Convert as much provinces as possible to Lithuanian culture and Orthodox Religion.

What do I do next? I want to conquer the Russian lands so that I can conquer the hordes easier, I'm powerful enough but I don't have any casus
bellis and the missions never give me ones on the Russian Lands. Or should I continue with the hordes? But if I want to continue with the hordes,
I have a problem - hidden terrain.

I also managed to convert 2 provinces to Lithuanian culture but it's a slow process. I'm converting a third one right now. I'm thinking of getting the
"Colonial Ventures" NI so that I get more colonists and convert faster. But the infamy is a problem too, not only is it holding me from expanding, it's just a pain in the ass lol.

I converted most of the Teuton lands to Orthodox, but the Muslim ones in the east are just sooo slow. I'm thinking of getting the Divine Supremacy idea so that I can convert faster.

I need some good and simple to understand advices here. I'm a relatively new player.

P.S. The mod creator of Death and Taxes decided that for some reason Lithuanian culture Is West Slavic and
Latvian is Balto-Slavic, when in reality, both of them are Baltic and in no way Slavic.

Your best bet is to continue with the hordes. Finish them and take down asia wit the Holy War Casus Belli. By the Time you finish the Hordes and take Asia, you should get your government tech to a high enough level and try to switch to a Dictatorship. That gives you a conquest Casus Belli on ALL nations. Or you could pray that Moscowvy gets a bad heir and you can Personal Union them. Hope it helps.

About the Terra Incognita, you can still walk into it if its owned by an enemy.

That's the strategy I'm going to use, but what do I do with religion and culture?

Im not too familiar with your mod, for I have yet to DL a mod for EU3. Heres my best attempt to help.

In your religion page, when you click the shield on the top left, there are a couple of 'events' you can use to make converting religion cheaper and easier. You can also buy a theologian advisor. Other then that, theres not much you can do.

As for culture, There are only two ways to change a province's Culture.
1) Put your national focus on the province you want to change. Enact your settlement policy. It should change in about the first 5 years, but its random so I cant tell you exactly how long it takes. The max amount of time it takes is 50 years so be patient. It has some nasty effects, like making you gain either .10 or .25 infamy, taking .50 colonist and adds ALOT of revolt risk but it is the fastest way to change a culture.
2) the other way to do it is to wait 200 years and hope it changes....

There is one more way to convert the culture of a province. Any province converted from a pagan religion also gets your state culture along with the religion. This can be utilized by running a missionary at zero maintenance on such a province to get shamanist/animist zealots. Every siege they win adjacent to a previously pagan province become pagan itself. Once you have a chunk of paganized provinces you convert them normally to get the culture switch for free.

Not sure where you can find those provinces though, the only feasible one near Europe is Samogitia. There are a lot in Africa and a couple in SE Asia, but I don't know China well enough to tell if they are any there though. Better take as many as possible before they get converted, as waiting for settlement policies isn't that efficient.
