I need a specific thing and I keep emailing support and all I get is automatic emails telling me to go to the forums

There are two hidden forums here that you cannot see until you Register your MAIN GAME of HOI IV with Paradox.

The one for you need to post your problem to is the Tech Support Forum - https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/hearts-of-iron-4-tech-support.952/

The other for "bugs" inside the game - https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/hearts-of-iron-4-bug-reports.951/

If you can't access that link you need to register HOI IV on your PDX Account page.

Both of those forums are watched by PDX Tech people, they will help you get this straightened out.

This forum is only occasionally looked at by PDX folks.
