Only affects Driven Assimilators and Rogue Servitors. The usefulness for Driven Assimilators is marginal, but for Rogue Servitors it's a life-saver. Too many times have I had all my planets full of robots, but unable to stop their production without removing all assembler jobs (and tanking my amenities as a result) without having to stop bio-trophy growth, too. Well, not anymore!
