i lost access to user modifications

From what I can see you don't have a linked Steam account. Do that and sync your Owned Item, then you will get the access you seek. A guide is in my signature.

i had mod access since i bought ck2, i registered my game. whats wrong with that? why do you delete it now without warning ... ?

We've not deleted anything from you, if you registered it the games should still be there. Go to your Owned Item and hit the Sync Items button, it is possible it has come out of sync.

I believe you . I can see that you've registered CD keys "in the old way" as they are still on your account. Can you please try and sync your items again? Also, I removed the key you posted .

Ah, sorry, should have elaborated !
Mouse over your forum name at the top right, select Owned Items in the menu, once there hit the Sync Items button at the top.
