The "filesearching.com" link is only for finding the old version of msjavavm needed to install and use the IGC.
You don't need to install msjavx86 if you have no intention of using the IGC.
If you want to use the IGC you must download and install one of the msjavx86 files that the link leads you to, and my suggestion is taking one of those that is listed as being of size 5.2M (and don't forget to check for viruses).
In the search window, clicking on the bold text that is the filename will download it immediately, while clicking on the bolded sitename will take you to their root directory or equivalent.
