I keep getting the map definition error

I disabled all mods, all DLC, reinstalled the game, restarted my computer, deleted the hoi4 folder in steam and reinstalled, Nothing worked

I am launching the game all vanilla without mods or DLCs and still get the same error, anyone know how to fix it?

Delete the Hearts of Iron folder in the documents folder and it should work but the tech support forum would have been better for this.

Hey ı did everything but its not fixed what can ı do ? ı delete game and documents but its not work.
