France is strongest European power. Austria, England, Russia, Spain and Ottomans are also very strong. Strongest non-European power is China. It has no strong enemies and enormous manpower, so it can practically conquer whole Asia before Europeans arrive.

I, also, generally play vanilla, or occasionally Aberration. I never really got into AGCEEP much...
