Wait, really? I've been putting off backstabbing Sweden for half a century because I need them... as a march. Finally no more annual (Failed.) wars to retake Gotland, which has remained untaken due the constant tragic (annual.) destruction of Sweden's navy.

If a lesser partner tries to break the union you can full annex at 100% regardless of size, I'll asssume you can vassalize as well.
