If the king of England is vassal to the king of France for his duke of Normandy realm then perhaps the king of Bohemia isn't part of the holy roman empire but the duchy of Bohemia is?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
There is now an emperor tier for the Holy Roman Empire. kings can be vassals of emperors (at least certain kings).
I know they have a special symbol, but which dev diary confirms this? I've seen screens but that doesn't show that much.

I wonder if it is going to be possible to give vassal kings culture-specific names or if they will be "king" and that is all? This would allow for you to appoint your heir "Prince of X" and give him sovereignty over a certain subsidiary kingdom or more of them before your demise with a special title. Just a cosmetic thing, I admit, but it would be a nice effect.
