Yes this is a ferry boat. But there is also pier version (Park) Moby Dick (1976) Pier too.
If you want to see this boat in real life you can travel to the city Bonn (germany). It travels on the river Rhein.

(EDIT) P.S. I had a friend who's real name was Dick Dickson. Internet stuff blocked his name everywhere! It was so funny! We ended up just calling him DD.
I recommend getting the Graf Zeppelin! I love it in my city! Tricky to set up, but works excellent compared to the generic blimps 120 instead of 35 passengers. But that aside, it's just literally AWESOME having zeppelin airships flying around my city!

When you just need a crematorium close by in an area that is cut off from the main road grid. This should do the trick.
