Well.....if the germans had taken over Russia and the rest of Europe like they intended to they would have been almost invincible.
Because after capturing Russia they would have acces to tons of resources. Iron, Coal, Oil and much more.
Then they could upgrade their industries and expand them and start building a fleet.
IF the germans had won they would have taken over the whole world in the end.

It all depends on whether you want to view a German victory scenario in a realistic way or in a fanciful way. In a realistic German victory scenario they don't conquer Russia outright. Even Hitler's plans didn't call for that. He wanted to seize western Russia for 'living space' for Germany. Then he would have to fight a nasty, guerrilla type war on the eastern frontier for decades to come, which he thought was good cuz it would keep the German nation alert. Besides, once the German offensive stalled in '42, a German victory would not have been conquering Russia, it would have been fighting a defensive war and holding on to what parts of western Russia they could.

Hitler conquering all of Eurasia and then building a massive navy capable of defeating the combined fleets of the US and Britain is pretty far-fetched. Hitler could never have accomplished that in his lifetime even if it was possible, which it wasn't.

I think it´s pretty impossible do discuss what would have happened, since it´s a 'what if' scenario. However I think that the nazis would have conquered europe if they hadn´t underestimated the brittons. Germany recieved resources from Russia even the day Operation Barbarossa began, and if they had dealed with England and THEN attacked Russia, D-Day never would have happend.

And, yes, they were capable of taking England. After Dunkirk the british army was in serious disarray. Germany had the capacity (with some trouble) to transport troops over the channel (ships from Rhine, can cross the channel) and since the brittons had suffered such a defeat the german army would have been quite 'unopposed'. The 'momentum' the invasion of France had stopped at the channel, and IMHO the chanses for german victory ended there. So, Göring´s ego (Luftwaffe wanted 'honour', delayed invasion) saved Europe...
