That's what it is - except that during programming, that 17.2% was accidently misspelled, and is therefore represented as a *separate* (because it's differently spelled) nationality. If it were spelled correctly, it would 'mesh' right in with the other one.

But be careful about one thing...my version is still in the beta phase, so the new patches might have eliminated this problem...so, until someone with a new copy comes and confirms, it's still a possible problem....
