I want, if possible, the militarism and conciosuness values of Mexico in the 1914 scenario.. and look around in it for signs of rebel scum or any other sign of the 1910 revolution.

It's a one (1) province (not the bigger region) country... Rigth between Russia, Austria-Hungary and Prussia. Any guesses on average survival? Is it in days or months?
