Won't be that easy after a patch or two, I hope.

There won't be a patch, but developers enhancement module (DEM).

No more Powerful Advancement To Current Hit (PATCH).

As I understood it, the inheritance laws were changed in between the appearances of the ghosts of christmas past and christmas present, and the changes were somewhat volatile because of that.

And the rate of growth of this thread is just not up to par. The Victoria one grew larger than this in one night. :p I think Mork was just lax on the rate of screenshots, or people just aren't commenting as much.

I STILL don't know how the economy works in this game, BTW.

The economy is primarily based on the peasant and burghers.

The ecomony is a balance between a large/strong army on one side, and gold on the other.

You can choose the level of power your four different social groups have.
More power to one, and another goes down.
The lower the social group, the more money you get from them, the higher, the more/better army you get.

Mork, if you'd be so kind, could I see a screenshot of the requirements to claim the Kingship of Ireland? Like the one in the 'creating Kingdoms' thread for Russia? It would help my campaign planning.

Thanx for the informations, but show us more screenies! I'd like to see screenies showing how Europe changed after years of playing...I'd prefer Byzantium and Italy (especially the Lucca Duchess, the inbred one, BTW I think that the capital of Tuscany was Florence, not Lucca  , so the Duch of Tuscany should live in Florence, not in Lucca, which is a small small and poor town :) ). Also strange to see Lucca and Modena under the same ruler, I think it never was.

Then it needs to have "master" chopped of the end of it.

I was getting (and still am, a bit) worried about the way it appears you can steamroller your way around the baltic coastline. However, I've calmed down a bit, now we find the games set to "Very Easy". It seems some people haven't noticed this being said. I/We will have to wait until we get a proper game (set, at least, to normal) reported, to be able to judge various aspects. Indeed, on top of that, there are two important mitigating factors in that (slightly less significant, first) it appears the King is a good'un. Secondly, we've still never witnessed one sucession take place, let alone the third generation in power. I suspect the pattern of play in CK will be such, that the game truly commences once your first character dies.

Mork, perhaps you failed to read my earlier question,

but could you please take a detailed screenshot from the low countries (Flanders, Holland, and east of Holland and Belgium) ?

I'm doing some research and it would be nice to see the provinces, :)
