Plese show Poland - political, and terrain map..., and give more Middle Europe screens...
The game usually shows only characters that are somehow relevant, either as living, or dead but providing family connections. Each character has a portrait, a set of traits, information on their family etc., so if you consider the fact that there are about 300 countries, each ruled by an individual character, with his family and courtiers, you will soon realise that when not necessary it is better not to include them - just to save hard drive.Elmokki said:Templars don't seem to have parents. Prince is the Orthodox "Duke". "Emperor" is the Byzantine "King".magicpiper97 said:Ohhh, lots of cool new titles, aside from the usual King/Duke/Count. Looks like Chief and High Chief are the pagan versions of Count and King, judging from the Livonia screenshot.
But what about the Principality of Cyprus (in this screenie )? As Michael is vassal to the Emperor, but has his own vassal, it seems like it might be analogous to a Duchy? Does the Orthodox world get some new titles as well? Or maybe it's a separate case (like Catholic bishoprics?)

anyway, Peter and Assen were different persons... why did they merge "them"? hmmm, gives me lots of food for thoughtmaybe theyjust took Assen as the dynastic name. and btw, what is the maximum of a king's own characteristics (stewardship, intrigue etc.) without the additional bonuses?
