My rudimentary aesthetic sensibilties were being tragically mauled by the glow-in-the-dark County of Holland flags on the map, so I went through at made working eight-bit versions of the EEP flag files for the following countries:

Hyderabad
Jodhpur
Khiva
Ahmadnagar
County of Holland.

Let me know if there is interest in these. They seem to look okay to me.

I prefer the 24 bit. Of course I usaully do not use the fog of war, due to overwhelming curiosity about what the rest of the world is up to. Can be quite amusing;)

Personally i find not using Fog Of War is cheating, and Crook, it's true that 8-bit can't handle all the colors, but it is possible to do so but it takes longer time, and since the graphics makers are probably busy guys they do the 24-bit first. However, if there is 8-bit shields you should really use them

Cheater!

But honestly I don't mind the "glow in the dark" nature of the 24 bit flags. I just wish that ALL of the flags were 24 bit...
