You base that on? I havent heard anything in the last DD or any Statement by Paradox saying that there will be new 3D models.
I infact asked a question regarding the Picklehaube as a possibility for the German infantery, to which I got told it isnt Happening.
Do you have any sources you can Quote on that? Or is it just a hunch/speculation like everyone thinking China get's a NF tree? I am really curious.
Previous DLC (TfV, DoD) came with 2D artwork, 3D models and music. The upcoming DLC is a full-sized expansion, so I'm pretty damn sure it will contain all three.

I take the german Ships might get a look at, seeing how a big Focus of the new Tree puts on Naval Rearmament.
Aside from that. If Germany get's a big VIsual treat I think adopting Camoflage for it's infanterie in the 1940s would be neat. Also I'd kill for proper Fallschirmjäger 3D models for the Paratroopers.
Biplane models please. Seeing Bf109 flying around when I'm using biplane fighters only is pretty weird.
Not that just. It's kinda irritating seeing no "Stukas" when playing Germany. THere should be ALLOT more plane models in the game. Especially for when you Research Jet fighters and Bombers.
Just that the concept of the Zeppelin as a War vessel doesnt make any sense for this time.
Not entirely, in 1940 the Luftwaffe had some 200 Zeppelin in its inventory and the western allies made liberal use of them as scouts and to serve as barriers against aircraft. Surely they take a back seat compared to the aircraft, but I think it would be a nice touch to see barrage balloons anchored along Southern England.
I really think special forces should get their own special 3D model (mountaineers\paratroopers\marines) or at least different color.
