Ah, I'm just complaining because I don't know F#, and new things are scary.
Put a pancake on it's head and the monster is less scary though.

I should just be able to show my whiteboard to the computer and have it run that.

Ah, was noscript, enabling the site fixed those things!

No idea if this data is available for you to use, but can you have a 10 biggest naval/land battles list(s), similar to the wars ones?

Also under world statistics: total number of troops and total number of ships?

I quickly banged out the some of the world unit statistics, and your other ideas are in the pipeline :)

I should just be able to show my whiteboard to the computer and have it run that.

If you can solve what buildings a province has without hard coding that would be a huge boon :D

I like this a lot, thank you! I did my current game of Air, a western African nation. http://eu4stats.com/games/59

My favorite part, under biggest land wars: "French conquest of Wallis" which France started against Savoy. Attackers: 1,131,196. Defenders: 1,606,575. Casualties (Total): 505,174.
I was wondering why France was so weak and being crushed by the Austrians in the Netherlands independence war. Not the largest in the thread, but it happened in 1506, so I found it interesting. I wouldn't have known this happened without this. Since I am in western Africa, I had
very little chance to influence this.

That's really cool, thanks a lot!

Edit: when I uploaded my first save I got an "ERROR: When reading inside brackets the first token must be a left curly" message.

I am also getting this error with my save... I'm on 1.9.2, no mods, most of the DLC. Really cool tool though, I was very disappointed to find that there are no player/game stats in EU4.

Hopefully I can use this tool in the future, and maybe look into contributing to the code at some point (.net dev, no f# experience though).

If you can upload your save game some place (here, dropbox, etc), I would love to take a peek :)

Mods should work (there is nothing that would prohibit them), but I haven't tested them personally.

First: great work, thanks a lot, i'm a statistic maniac and unfortunately the eu4 endscreen it's sooooo boring and sad.
Second: i'm playing in Ironman only and apparently the site won't work with that kind of file, you can find ironman files in this folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\USERNAMENUMBER\236850\remote\save games

hello
i'm always getting this message:

"ERROR: Unrecognized token: full_ally"

what does this mean?

save file

It is fixed now. I've uploaded your savegame: http://eu4stats.com/games/146

ERROR: When reading inside brackets the first token must be a left curly

Say whaaa?

Sorry for the nebulous error, it is a problem with the current architecture. The root cause was that I didn't expect navy templates. It is fixed now. I've uploaded your savegame: http://eu4stats.com/games/145

Unfortunately the iron man savegames are encrypted. If Paradox would provide the decryption key that'd be awesome, but I'm assuming that that would defeat the purpose of encrypting the save in the first place.

I'm getting the same error as Slargos...

Am I just stupid? ;-;

Save.
