I would like the DLC for Vicky 2. I don't want to re-buy the game to get the DLC. I already tried syncing my owned items in the "Owned Items Tab." That didn't seem to work. Thanks.

I'm not seeing the connection between registering your game here and buying the DLCs ... ? In any case Vic 2 has successfully registered here, as you can see its icon under your name.
