Hello.. i'm noob.

i am feeling fun recently because of moding.

I searched about 'how to increase RGO Size?', and I got it.

I see answer :

"
After having done some tests, I can conclude, province size is determined by either the largest pop size or the total amount of workers (farmers or labourers).
Still, the formula was not discovered :(

Edit: figured it out :D
Total amount of workers is divided by the base RGO size and rounded up.
However, Paradox learned to count in a very strange Swedish school and for the result the calculation provides, you need to translate the number into Paradoxian numbers first, this goes as follows:
  • 0 --> 1
  • 1 --> 1
  • 2 --> 3
  • 3 --> 4
  • 4 --> 6
  • 5 --> 7
  • 6 --> 9
  • 7 --> 10
  • 8 --> 12
  • 9 --> 13
  • 10 --> 15
  • stopped testing beyond this
Examples:
  • 200000/40000 = 5 --> 7
  • 200001/40000 = 5.000025 ==> 6 --> 9
  • 80000/40000 = 2 --> 3
  • 80001/40000 = 2.000025 ==> 3 --> 4
Note: values tested in Arras, France, anno 1836
While this doesn't make any sense in the NNM example, it does fully explain the vanilla situation.

it is almost right!! Im thanking him until now@@

but when I try in Tananarive of Madagascar, I have problem.

Workers of Tananarive are 145,210. (HPM) so province(RGO) size will be 6!

because 145,210 / 40000 = 3.5 ... -->4 --> 6!

but Tananarives' province size is '10'!

I wanna know why this happen!! thanks.

Hey, thats my old post. You missed the reply which explained the paradoxian numbers.

Anyway, what might be the case is that the base rgo size differs from vanilla. This means you shouldnt divide by 40000 but by whatever hpm uses.
