I have paid money for a game that I cannot even play.

I have paid for 1.3 (Livy) 2 months ago. (57 Euro / DELUXE version) And i did play Livy, only for 2 weeks!?
Then there was an Update and after this no more LIVY
No feedback or updates/patches from Paradox on this and its been over 2 months since this happened.
We all tried the workaround, it does nothing. We all uninstalled and reinstalled, again nothing Etc.....
Many users will be locked out of this game!
Come on Paradox there is totally no communication from your side.
Sure I believe that PARADOX wil fix the Livy problem soon. Right Paradox... is the fix for all the Crach(es) and Freezing(s) Is it ready soon?

Pls Give me a answer on this issue that many are experiencing?! When can i Play LIVY again??

Running W7 Qcore 3.2. 16gig. GForce 750 TI.

I am not aware of any such general issue with the game on Windows. There has been no hotpatch for Livy as there has been no need for one, it seems.

What exactly is your problem? How far does the game get, if it is failing to start?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log . exceptions.log

Previously the game was running flawlessly and i was enjoying it, LIVY, but now i'm pretty disappointed,
Hopefully i get the right answer for my problem and I play Livy soon again.

Is that the Play button in Steam or in the launcher?

Your installation of Windows 7 has not had any major update applied since 2015. These games are only ever tested on fully updated builds. Is there something stopping you from applying all those updates?

You may as well update that nVidia driver too, but after the above I think

After the Launcher. First Steam click play and the Launcher pops up click play .......and nothing happens. I'm back at the Steam page.
So i can start again, Steam '>play, Launcher '>play.....nothing again.
From 1.3 and higher not one is running.
The older versions are running?!
I'm buzy with the 'needed' updates. I'll let u know.

I think that Apologize for my responses on the forum are needed. I should have known better. This was a Error on my part.

So Yes, updates were needed. Done this. 6 hours later, The game is working! For my PC then, dont know if it works for other pc's running W7.

I will correct my responses on the forum today and i will share my findings on the forum to help others.
