Nope, it doesn't - that would be a bit too easy, don't you think?![]()
Works with just about every other leader

It's flavor ;-) I don't mind or. Having said that have lucky nations had their uber god monarchs nerfed? I don't see them with god level monarchs much
General rule of thump: anything below 2/2/2 will live at least 60 years, anything at or above 4/4/4 will die at 20 or after being inaugurated for 5 years. ;-)
Phew, I got a lucky roll. Death after 5 years rulling (and bravely leading armies). 4/4/4 regency council, and 6/3/4 heir coming. Thanks for tips.
Let's take a moment to pity the poor heir that always befalls the Spanish with dumbass starts and lives forever.
Because several people have brought it up, I just want to emphasize that suiciding a stack led by the king will NOT increase the chances of him dying.
Death of monarchs and heirs is random. Generals (whether monarchs, heirs, or randomly created ones) have a random check periodically to see if they survive that period. A general leading the army has another, additional check. Participating in battle will be yet another additional check. If he rolls snake-eyes (figuratively) on any of those checks he dies. So, the best way is not to suicide him in a tiny stack, but to have him constantly leading armies, and participating in prolonged battles. Sending him in a suicide stack is not only a waste of men, but actually less effective at killing him (since after the battle, he is now unattached to an army).
