Basically i had three wives, none in materinal or whatever its called relationsships. I had about 20 sons and daughters and still for some reason i failed horribly and died when my character died. They were part of my dynasty. Why did i loose the game for no reason... Should've been able to keep going as long as my dynasty still exists right?

You can only play landed characters, so if your heir did not get any land in inheritance you can't play him and will lose the game.

For example, if your holdings are all elective and none had your heir as preferred heir, then he did not get any land and you don't get to play him.

You get to carry on as long as anybody in your dynasty has a count level or above title so unlucky on your part.

This is why its always a great idea to give out land to those 2nd and 3rd sons when you can and of course, get them on
foreign thrones. Just in case.

[edit] (Just noticed you are playing a Muslim so ignore this^)

I am not playing muslims and i had the throne in hunguary and france as well as my rebellious son in my second province... By that i mean inside my bloodline, also i should add that the three wives were after i killed each one since i never got a son who could succeed me...

In your Kingdom menu you can see who your current heir is. I suspect that your heir was of a different dynasty, which means game over once your main character dies, even if there would be enough living family members around.

There are various ways how to change your current heir, depending on which Succession Laws your realm has. Changing succession laws is usually your safest bet, but there is always the option to murder non-dynastic heirs until somebody from your own dynasty becomes the primary heir.
