lol go try it, and tell me how you did it (with my rules) and without some unlucky crap happening and within a reasonable time-frame (theoretically, if you get great allies as russia you could just sit back until you get a few military ideas and then just stampede everything, same with France). But great allies seem unlikely, especially for france. Nobody allies France (unless maybe you restart a bunch of times)


goal should be like either have one of the most dominating positions (biggest army by far and economy) or first in score, or have both the spanish and ottomans alot weaker
