Twice? One before we had HAL,

0.2 inflation since AI ruled Austria and that was, aproximately, the amount AI minted,

0.5 inflation due to AAR.

I guess OE unless makes an AARs or prooves that he was AI has nothing to complain about

Venice becomes Italy.

Their capital is moved to Rome... since Rome is easier to take and leaves Véneto takeable, i guess no one does really complain.... If not here's the thread.

Since i cannot trade right from reasons that are above my knowledge, I will propose an unorthodox solution.

Since there is no perm player for Russia I would offer my services as the new Russian perm. Since Russia does not demand much trade, Portugal is in a quite a good shape and I do not blieve it will be too hard finding it a competent sub.
