So I got this game around June 2020 and played it for a month and then uninstalled it recently I've been wanting to play it again ( I have it on steam) so I reinstalled it and I see that I can get the window going like I see Europa Universalis but then I get this pop up saying something about debug i have the picture under. Or sometimes I just get the red triangle. I've tried everything deleting all the mods doing the compatibility tests I've installed and reinstalled the game several times. And I have game pass for box and there it works but it doesn't on steam the only problem is I have dlcs on steam and not on xbox. I already tried contacting someone from paradox by opening a ticket they got back to me but then just left. I don't know what to do.
I cant start the game i keep on getting the failure thing.

Try to open the game by using the EUIV.exe.
Also uninstall the Paradox Launcher while Steam is closed, then start the game with Steam. Worked for me.
