I can't see any DLCs of CK2 when I lauch game in steam, why?

As the title stated, I have quite a few DLCs of CK2. They worked very well a couple of weeks ago. But today when I lauch the game in steam, I can't see any DLCs, could anybody explain this to me?

I then started a game. I owned SoI DLC, and it's showed correctly in steam's DLC list, but I can't choose any islam rulers.
