I can't run the mod

I'm having problems running the mod. I downloaded and installed TRP v0.6, extracted 0.6b files in the mod directory, and when I doubleclick the TRP desktop shortcut I get the following error message:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

You need to install MS 1.1 framework. You can find the link on TRP forum.

The configuration Utility was created using .NET Framework. If you want the ability to set hot keys etc... for the game you need the Framework to run that program. The next release of TRP has some HUGE updates to the Configuration Utility which will allow mods to inform you of updates so you do not have to check their website every few days etc....

I dlled the MS 1.1 framework but I am having problems to run it. It says that I dont had the program that will be upgraded. What should I do?
