But I can run and play the Rome demo.

Which demo, EU3 or EU3 Heir to the Throne? I highly recommend using the 2nd one since that's closer to the game version you'd probably actually be running. The older demo would not work properly with integrated graphics without dedicated video memory. This was fixed in later versions of the game.

What exactly is "HD" resolution? If it's only 1280x720 then the game won't run. It needs an absolute minimum of 1024x768 display. If it's 1366x768 that should be fine.

While the game should run it will be very slow with that graphics.

EU 3 which is strange because it has the same 128 video memory requirement Rome has, and I can run Rome just fine. Is there anyway I could attach my DxDiag file so you and others can better understand my problem? Also my screen resolution is 1366x768.

Again, which of the two demos are you trying? The original one from 2007 has bugs that stop it running on some video cards, you want the HttT one jdrou mentions.

You can certainly paste in dxdiag.txt in a post here. Delete everything after the end of the [sound devices] section before pasting in, it's not useful.
